Loved the way so many of his friends drove so far to

run around with him.

Loved that Brad completely played up the role of the

And am soooo excited that I get to see them soon.

Gilly turns 6!!

My kiddos were invited to a horse back riding party

last month. So we hopped into the minivan and

arrived at cowgirl/cowboy heaven!

The children got to ride horses, beat and I mean

BEAT a pinata, dig in the hay for barn animals,

play horse shoes and eat lots of yummy food.

I got to scrape manure off the stroller:)

Playdate

Bai hosted her first big girl playdate yesterday.

There was one incident with a tea party gone awry

ON THE BED.....but besides that there were lots of giggles,

lots of dress-up, lots of piano banging/playing ...

and lots of opportunities for more:)

Its all Julee's fault

My amazing friend Julee knit

this Adorable-with-a-capital-A pumpkin hat

for Piper. Sooooo stinkin cute, right?

So I buy this pumpkin costume for her

and she promptly bursts into tears.

Not fussy tears, mind you, full out screams.

Soooo..

I take off the costume and Bai bops in

to see what all the noise is about and promptly

plays dress-up.

2 days later Pipe is at doctors with

a horrible ear infection....

which explains the perceived pumpkin

torture.....

and makes me want to attempt this all

over again!!!
